I felt so honored to be asked by one of our friends to photograph their beautiful baby girl a couple weeks ago. It was the very first time I've ever photographed a newborn and, truth be told, I really didn't deserve to photograph this beauty. But a big thank you to Donny and MacKenzie for bearing with me and allowing me to invade their space, even though I had no clue what I was doing. These photos don't do little Lu justice, she is truly perfect and beautiful in every way! Congratulations, Donny and MacKenzie, you two are already wonderful parents!

melissa, thank you so much! :-) yes, this was my first newborn shoot. i learned a lot and there are a few things i would do differently next time, but i just hope the parents will be happy with what i got for my first time. :-)

Leah you are beyond amazing with your work. You captured everything plus more for this family. I was surprisingly caught off guard when the tears started flowing. I forgot just how you feel when you have that newborn in your arms, until I saw these photographs. Breathtaking is an understatement. Perfection!

These are stunning! Such beautiful pictures...
The rest of the pictures are amazing. Love the pumpkin farm ones especially the one where the little girl is giving mom a kiss, sooo cute. Okay the baby and mom and dad LOVE LOVE love them. That baby is so sweet. Your awsome!!!
